Great Experience
I have had this card for a number of years. It doesn’t have the highest limit, but I’m ok with that. The rate is reasonable compared to other cards and I like the features. The company has been much better than most creditors. This is my preferred card to use except where an expense is beyond the card’s credit limit, which has not been that often.

Card expiration
My card expires in 15 days. My replacement card was sent to my old address. Now I’m in the limbo of waiting for a new card to be expedited, at my expense. Two days ago I was told it would arrive in 2 to 3 business days. I was expecting it today. When I called today for a tracking number, no number has been generated yet. In the interim I am unable to purchase anything other than with cash. My utilities on auto pay will probably be disconnected. All this because every month when I received mail from Commerce forwarded from my previous address, I tried to update my address online but apparently you have to call to make the change. I am disappointed.
If my new card has not been delivered in the next three business days or sooner, I will look for a bank who will value my credit and deposits. This thirty year customer with Commerce is about to say goodbye to you.

Love the card ... The Interest rate ... not so much
This card has great benefit and features. But the interest rate is ridiculously high. So, I paid it off and it sits in my desk drawer.
